Display Preview Record Information
The agent is provided a display of the preview record which includes Genesys default fields, custom fields, and campaign information. From this view, the agent can decide which action to take (for example, dial or reject the record).
Alternatively, Agents can retrieve several records for preview and switch between records using the Outbound Records view:
