Default Value: 10
Valid Values: An integer between 1-86400 inclusive.
Changes Take Effect: At start/restart


The maximum amount of time (seconds) the reporting client will wait before sending N or less currently queued CDR messages to the reporting server. Where N equals the rc.batch_size.
