Valid Values: A valid delay must be a numeric greater than or equal to 0
Changes Take Effect: At start/restart


Specifies the amount of time in ms that an inband DTMF will not be detected when a new dialog is created or a media bridge begins. When the time has elapsed, inband DTMF detection will function normally.
