Changes Take Effect: At start/restart


When skip previous VCR control is applied, it skips to the previous prompt if the current prompt has been played less than or equal to the duration (in milliseconds) specified by this configuration. If the skip previous VCR control is applied after this duration into the current prompt, current prompt is replayed from the beginning.
