This page displays the options and privileges associated with Outbound campaigns for Workspace Web Edition.

  • Default Values: Answered, Answering Machine, Busy, No Answer, Wrong Number
  • Valid Values: Abandoned, Agent Callback Error, All Trunks Busy, Answered, Answering Machine, Busy, Call Drop Error, Dial Error, Do Not Call, Dropped, Dropped No Answer, Fax Detected, General Error, Group Callback Error, No Answer, No Dial Tone, No Established, No Free Port Error, No Progress, No Ringback, Nu Tone, Ok, Pager Detected, Silence, Sit Detected, Sit Invalid Num, Sit No Circuit, Sit Operintercept, Sit Reorder, Sit Unknown, Sit Vacant, Stale, Switch Error, System Error, Transfer Error, Unknown, Wrong Number, Wrong Party

  • Description: Allows agent to set a call result to the outbound record.
