Changes Take Effect: At start/restart


Wait for the second leg NOTIFY. This specifies a timeout value to wait for the NOTIFY message on the second leg, before signaling the disconnection on the parent leg. This parameter is active when [sip] referxfertryoutbound = 1. Values are specified in millisecond.
