3. Configure HTCC. See Cloud Configuration for details.
4. Start HTCC and test the configuration. See Starting and Testing HTCC for instructions.
5. Plan your Cloud deployment of Contact Centers and Genesys Environments. See Planning your Deployment for information.
6. Create your Contact Center(s).
7. (Optional) Change default Contact Center feature configuration. If desired, change the default feature assignment.
