Welcome to the Physical Data Model for Genesys Info Mart for release 8.5.0. This document, formerly called a Reference Manual, acquaints you with the subject areas and tables that make up the Genesys Info Mart star schemas.

Starting with release 8.5.014.14 on August 30, 2019, Genesys Info Mart is part of 9.0. This document is valid only for the 8.5 releases of this product before Genesys Info Mart was part of 9.0. For 8.5 releases of Genesys Info Mart after August 30, 2019, see the DRAFT version of this document.
