Workbins API

Some features that are described in this section might not be fully implemented in the application.This document provides guidance for developers building workbin-related client applications and describes the Workbin API, which is part of the Interactions API portion of the Genesys Web Services REST API.
A Workbin is a queue that holds interactions for a specific place or user.
