Specifies the connection value of outgoing SDP content for a call. It is indepedent of [mpc] rtp.localaddr, which sets the IP address on the platform to be used. This parameter should only be used if the you wish to send an IP address in SDP that is different from the IP address that will be used in [mpc] rtp.localaddr. Setting it to an empty string disables used of this parameter. Possible use cases include when the MCP has a private IP address and a public IP address, and the SDP needs to contain the public IP address.

Examples of possible values include:
- IN IP4 127.0.0.1
- IN IP6 ::1
