Default Value: 86400000
Valid Values: A number between 1 and 2147483648 inclusive.
Changes Take Effect:


This sets the value, in milliseconds, for the noinput timeout header that we should send to an MRCP engine. We should set this to a large value, because the MCP handles the no input timer. Default value is 86400 seconds.
