Default Value: 0
Valid Values: A number between 0 and 500000 inclusive. Default is 0. The default value is used for any entered number that is outside the range.
Changes Take Effect: Immediately/session


The delay time in ms to start a dialog for an inbound call. This delay can be used to make sure the media channels are established before the dialog media data is sent by MCP.
