3. Configure Web Services. See Cloud Configuration for details.
4. Start Web Services and test the configuration. See Starting and Testing Web Services for instructions.
5. Plan your Cloud deployment of Contact Centers and Genesys Environments. See Planning your Deployment for information.
6. Create your Contact Center(s). See Contact Center Creation.
7. (Optional) Change default Contact Center feature configuration. If desired, change the default feature assignment.
8. Test with the User Interface. See Testing the User Interface with Workspace Web Edition & Web Services.
