Valid Values: Choose between: preconnect or postconnect
Changes Take Effect: Immediately/session
When native CPA is used for outbound calls (for bridge transfers and "remdial" requests), this option specifies the initial CPA state.
NOTE: this option does not apply to SSG (Supplementary Services Gateway) or OCS (Outbound Contact Server) initiated calls.
preconnect - detection will start as soon as the call is initiated,
and detection of preconnect and postconnect events will be enabled.
postconnect - detection will start when the call is connected,
and only detection of postconnect events will be enabled.
