- M = Mandatory field
- F = Foreign key (where the term is used loosely to indicate a surrogate key reference to a field in another table, not a formal constraint)
- DV = Default value
- In the Data Type column, varchar/nvarchar means that the data type is varchar except in multi-language databases that use Unicode, in which case the data type is nvarchar. (The Info Mart database in Cloud deployments is not multi-language.) THIS BULLET DISPLAYS ONLY IN THE MSSQL AND CLOUD PDMs.

Table BGS_SESSION_DIM
Description
This dimension table allows Bot Gateway Server (BGS) session facts to be described based on characteristics of the session, such as how the session ended.
Hint: For easiest viewing, open the downloaded CSV file in Excel and adjust settings for column widths, text wrapping, and so on as desired. Depending on your browser and other system settings, you might need to save the file to your desktop first.

The primary key of this table. This ID is referenced from other tables as BGS_SESSION_DIM_KEY.
REJECTED_TO_START
Based on application data attribute: /session_info/cbs_rejectedToStart
Indicates whether the session was rejected before it started: 0 = No, 1 = Yes.
If the session was rejected (REJECTED_TO_START=1), the columns for other session statistics in this table are populated with the default values defined in the schema.
ENDED_ABNORMALLY
Based on application data attribute: /session_stats/cbs_endedAbnormally
Indicates whether the session ended abnormally for a technical reason (for example, a protocol or connection error resulted in disconnection of the bot from the session): 0 = No, 1 = Yes.
ENDED_BY
Based on application data attribute: /session_stats/cbs_endedBy
The type of participant that initiated termination of the BGS session. Possible values are:
- AGENT
- CLIENT
- SYSTEM
- BOT
- CBP

END_REASON
Based on application data attribute: /session_stats/cbs_endReason
The reason the BGS session was terminated. For information about possible values, see Integrating BGS with Genesys Historical Reporting in the Bot Gateway Server Quick Start Guide.
END_RESULT
Based on application data attribute: /session_stats/cbs_endResult
The business result of the session: Success or Fail. In the initial BGS implementation of support for reporting, BGS does not populate the applicable data attribute, and END_RESULT will always be populated with the default value defined in the schema.
CREATE_AUDIT_KEY
The surrogate key that is used to join to the CTL_AUDIT_LOG control table. The key specifies the lineage for data creation. This value can be useful for aggregation, enterprise application integration (EAI), and ETL tools—that is, applications that need to identify newly added data.
