Valid Values: A valid no limit buffer duration must be a numeric not less than 20
Changes Take Effect: At start/restart

Specifies buffer duration (msec) for CPA when a detection state timeout is unlimited. When the buffer is full due to no signal has been detected, a buffer limit event will be thrown. Enforced minimum value is 20 msecs.
