Active Recording

Workspace Web Edition provides options that enable agents to control their recordings:

• Default Value: true
• Valid Values: true, false.
• Changes take effect: When the session is started or restarted.
• Description: Allows agents to monitor voice recording. Depends on 'Active Recording - Can Use'. Available since version: 8.5.200.29.

• Valid Values: true, false.
• Changes take effect: When the session is started or restarted.
• Description: Allows agents to use the Active Recording functionality. This privilege is required to control and monitor call recording in MSML mode. Available since version: 8.5.200.29.
