Default Value: 10000000
Valid Values: A number between 0 and 4294967295 inclusive.
Changes Take Effect: At start/restart

Maximum number of times that the application is allowed to enter waiting state, e.g. waiting for user input, recording and transferring call. The runtime waiting count will be increased when the application is at a waiting state.
