Configuration Options

This section demonstrates how to configure Workspace Web Edition and Web services functionality and environment by using Genesys Administrator or Configuration Manager.

For details on how to use Genesys Administrator, refer to Framework 8.1 Genesys Administrator Help and Genesys Administrator Deployment Guide. For details about using the functionality as an agent, refer to Workspace Web Edition Help.
