copyxgenesysheaders

Defines a list of X-Genesys custom headers to be copied from SIP requests to all responses and follow-up requests. These custom headers are copied when the copyunknownheaders configuration option is enabled. If there are no headers defined (the list is empty), all X-Genesys custom headers are treated the same as other unknown headers. The X-Genesys- prefix in each header must be omitted when the list is defined. By default, the list is empty. If you do not want the custom headers to be copied in SIP responses or follow-up requests, Genesys recommends that you set the copyxgenesysheaders configuration option value as follows: GVP-Session-ID GVP-Session-Data GVP-Trunk-Prefix GVP-PSTNC-DBID GVP-CTI-Params GVP-CDR bypass-resource-list CallUUID RM-Application-dbid RM-Log-filters gsw-predictive-call outbound-ivr-call geo-location gvp-tenant-ports mediaserver-status GVP-Site-ID
