There is no straight forward Web Services and Applications migration from 8.5.2 to 9.0.0, you need to deploy 9.0.0. For deployment information please refer to Web Services and Applications Deployment Guide. For upgrades within 9.0 releases, please refer to Web Services and Applications upgrade.
