If the MCP is offering the SDP, or answering the SDP where the offer does not have the maxptime, the maxptime attribute will be set according to this configuration. If this configuration does not exist, or is disabled, the maxptime attribute will not be sent unless the SDP offer had the maxptime attribute. In the case where other codecs in the SDP also specify maxptime, the configuration of the codec listed before this codec will take precedence.
