Custom Service

Provides inputs to a custom service that Genesys created for your company.

Used in: Initialize, Self Service, Assisted Service, Finalize

HTTP REST

Accesses external systems using RESTful API (over HTTP).

Used in: Initialize, Self Service, Assisted Service, Finalize
