About Outbound reports

The following Outbound reports are available in the Interactive Insights > 8.1.1 > Outbound Contact folder:

• Campaign Callbacks Summary Report
• Campaign Summary Report
• Contact List Effectiveness Report

In addition, the following report is applicable to outbound reporting, but is available in the Interactive Insights > 8.1.1 > Agents folder:

• Agent Outbound Campaign Report
