Default Value: 500
Valid Values: A valid timeout must be in the range 0-1000 inclusive
Changes Take Effect: At start/restart

Specifies the timeout for CPA silence filling in msec. If no packets are received within this period, silence filling is performed. Setting to zero disables silence filling.
