Default Value: 40000
Valid Values: A number between 16000 and 80000 inclusive.
Changes Take Effect: At start/restart

This parameter specifies the size of the circular buffer used for temporarily storing audio data bound for the recognizer, in bytes. A GRPC media thread will retrieve the data from the buffer, and forward to the server.
