Updated all report-related JSPs to correctly handle date parsing across all languages, fixing report generation failures in German and other non-English locales. (SPCHSTRM-4733)
Updated schema to NVARCHAR2 and improved log writing to fix Unicode issues and delayed logging behavior (SPCHSTRM-4727)
Improved handling of large journey data to prevent truncation and ensure stable Customer Journeys Report generation. (SPCHSTRM-4724)
Corrected message-type detection so image messages properly follow the “Customer has sent a message with image” flow path. (SPCHSTRM-4715)
