Common agent tasks
Regardless of what channels you use on a daily basis, there are common tasks that all agents perform in the Gplus Adapter for Salesforce on a daily basis.
When you start your shift, for example, you need to log in. Then depending on your Adapter is configured for your job role, you might need to change your status and navigate to the channel that you are assigned to work that day.
