The Genesys SMS Platform is co-located in multiple datacenters, each with multiple Hosts. To support high availability and maintain business continuity, clients should provision and connect to all SMSC Hosts concurrently.

If provisioned to a single SMSC Host and upon failure, the client should provision to one of the other available SMSC Hosts.
