What's New

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

• Java 17 has been upgraded to Java 21 to use the latest Long-Term Support (LTS) features, enhanced performance, and modern language improvements. (SPCHSTRM-4663)

• Genesys Intelligent Automation now supports Microsoft SQL Server 2022. See the Genesys Intelligent Automation (formerly GAAP) page in the Genesys Supported Operating Environment Reference Guide for more detailed information and a list of all supported databases. (SPCHSTRM-4266).
