What's New
This release contains the following new features and enhancements:
- The following third-party libraries have been upgraded for security reasons:
- Spring framework is upgraded from v5.x to v6.2. Spring 6.2 upgrade addresses several CVE such as CVE-2024-22262, CVE-2024-38819. (GRS-4331)
- Netty library is upgraded from v4.1.109 to v4.1.115 to address the security vulnerability (BDSA-2024-8565). (GRS-4415)

- GRE 9.0.005.01 supports only Apache Tomcat 10 and does not support Apache Tomcat 9 or earlier versions. This is due to Spring framework upgrade from v5.x to v6.2 which only supports Tomcat 10. (GRS-4346)
- Support for Windows 2022. (GRS-4112)
- GRE 9.0.005.01 now requires OpenJDK17 and does not support JDK8. (GRS-4354)
