Gplus Adapter for Microsoft - WWE Option
The Gplus Adapter for Microsoft lets you use the Agent Desktop voice features within Microsoft Unified Service Desk (USD). The Adapter integrates with Microsoft to allow you to:
- Login and logout of the Agent Desktop
- Use the Team Communicator to:
- Make outbound calls
- Transfer or conference calls
- Manage favorite contacts
- Handle inbound calls using the following call controls: Accept/Reject, Hold/Resume, Transfer, Conference, Consult
- Manage your Agent Status
To access the Agent Desktop, click the GENESYS WORKSPACE link.
