Gplus Adapter for Microsoft - WWE Option

The Gplus Adapter for Microsoft lets you use the Agent Desktop voice features within Microsoft Unified Service Desk (USD). The Adapter integrates with Microsoft to allow you to:

• Login and logout of the Agent Desktop
• Use the Team Communicator to:
  • Make outbound calls
  • Transfer or conference calls
  • Manage favorite contacts
• Handle inbound calls using the following call controls: Accept/Reject, Hold/Resume, Transfer, Conference, Consult
• Manage your Agent Status

To access the Agent Desktop, click the GENESYS WORKSPACE link.
