What's New
This release contains the following new features and enhancements:
- This is the first general release of Outbound Contact eXpert (OCX). OCX helps the Outbound Administrators to run Campaigns, operate on Calling Lists, and configure Outbound Schedules. For more information, see Outbound Contact Expert 8.6 User's Guide.
- This release of OCX supports English-US and French-France UI locales.
