What's New
This release includes only resolved issues.
- OCX now allows configuring the timeout for UI inactivity, after which the user is automatically logged out to protect sensitive data and ensure session security. Inactivity timeout is set in seconds in OCX configuration YAML file using the new option “inactivityTimeout” in the section “common”. The default value for this option is 900 seconds (15 minutes), the maximum value is 36000 (10 hours).
- This release of OCX addresses security-related issues and brings in third-party software libraries updates to resolve vulnerabilities.
Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
Outbound Customer Expert now creates the PID file with OCX_USER ownership. Previously, this file was created using root credentials. (OCM-1810)
Outbound Customer Expert now always sets the proper background color in the Calling List view when a record is inserted or deleted. Previously, OCX may have set the background color incorrectly in this scenario. (OCM-702)
